Arbana Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arbana Shopify application and platform ("Service"). By installing or using Arbana, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Arbana is a Shopify application that helps merchants increase the visibility of their discounted products by synchronizing selected inventory items to a consumer-facing marketplace.

2. Eligibility

• You must operate an active Shopify store
• You must have authority to bind your business to these Terms
• You must comply with Shopify’s policies

3. Service Description

• Automatic syncing of selected products
• Real-time inventory and pricing updates
• Marketplace visibility

Arbana does not process payments, handle fulfillment, or modify Shopify checkout.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for product accuracy, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer support. Prohibited or illegal products may not be listed.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of Arbana is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing

If Arbana includes paid plans, billing is handled exclusively through Shopify’s Billing API or Managed Pricing.

7. Availability

We may modify or discontinue the Service to improve performance, security, or compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arbana is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may uninstall Arbana at any time. Upon uninstall, data syncing stops and store data is deleted.
